1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect information provided during customization

  • Preference differences

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or style

Please double-check all details before submitting your order.


2. Our Error on Customization

We will accept a return or provide a replacement only if the error was caused by Tight Knit Kits.

Qualifying errors include:

  • Incorrect name, text, or spelling when the order form was submitted correctly

  • Wrong colors, patterns, or options that differ from what was selected

  • Incorrect product sent (different item than what was ordered)

  • Manufacturing defects that affect functionality or usability

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos of the error

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

Once we confirm the mistake, we will (at our discretion):

  • Send a corrected replacement at no charge
    or

  • Issue a full refund for the item, including standard shipping

We may request that the original item be returned before sending a replacement.


3. Non-Qualifying Issues

The following do not qualify for refunds or returns:

  • Mistakes submitted by the customer (misspellings, wrong options, etc.)

  • Minor variations in color due to screen or device display differences

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Dissatisfaction with style, design preference, or size when ordered correctly


4. Order Cancellation

Because we begin preparing customized items quickly, orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

6. Final Decision

Tight Knit Kits reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for a refund or replacement under this policy.
